Do I Have to Register to Create Listings?

Yes. You must be a registered user to create listings. Registration is free.

What Category Should I Put My listing In?

How to add Free Listing?

Follow these steps to publish your business on the directory and help your community find you.

Open the “Add Listing” Page

From My Account → Overview, under the Directory section, click “Add Listing.”

Select the Free Plan

Choose “Free Listing” and click “Select Plan.”

Complete the Listing Form

Provide accurate, up-to-date details. This helps people discover and contact your business.

  • Category: Choose the most relevant category.
  • Title: Your business name or a short, clear identifier. (Shown on cards & search)
  • Short Description (≤160 chars): Brief summary shown in search and category pages.
  • Description: Detailed overview of your services, products, and unique value.
  • Include Profile With Listing: Set to “Yes” to pull in your logo, photo, and profile details.
  • Features: Tick if you offer special benefits or promotions.
  • Organization: Your organisation name (if applicable).
  • Name: Business or contact name for the listing.
  • Address: Full business address.
  • Add Map: After typing your address, click “Map this address” to auto-fill Latitude & Longitude for better map visibility.
  • Hours: Opening and closing times.
  • Phone / Mobile: Contact numbers customers can reach you on.
  • Email: Business email address.
  • Website: Your website URL (optional).
  • Social Networking URLs: Links to your social accounts (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, X).
  • Attachment (PDF): Upload a brochure, flyer, or advertisement showcasing your services.
💡 Tip: Use clear, keyword-rich descriptions (e.g., “Halal catering in Sutton”) to improve search visibility.

Save as Draft (Optional)

You can save your listing as a draft and return later to complete or review before publishing.

Submit Your Listing

Review your details and click “Submit” to publish. Your listing will be reviewed and made visible once approved.

  • Logo is clear and not blurry (PNG/JPG, 501×401).
  • Short description fits within 160 characters.
  • Map pinned correctly to your address.
  • Contact details (phone/email) are correct.
  • Opening hours reflect public holidays if relevant.

Upgrade to a Premium Listing and showcase your business with confidence. Add images, videos, and richer details to your profile so visitors instantly see the quality and professionalism of your business.

With a Premium Listing, you can display photos, videos, and enhanced content that help customers trust and choose your business faster.

Select the Premium Plan

Choose “Premium Listing (not free listing)” and click “Select Plan.”

Complete the Listing Form

How to modify your Listing?

Open the "Listing” Page

From My Account → Overview, under the Directory section, click “Listings.”

Select the Listing you need to modify

Click the pencil icon in your “Listing” to modify

Complete the Listing Form

Provide accurate, up-to-date details to include the changes for your listing.

Save changes

Review your details and click “Submit” to publish. Your listing will be reviewed and made visible once approved.

Registration
Do I have to register to use the site?

No. You can browse and search ads without registering. You should still register, to save time, as the site will remember various preferences for you. If you want to create ads, you will need to register. Registration is FREE.

How to search listing?

There are 2 ways to search listings in the site:

  1. Basic Search
  2. Advanced Search
What is Basic Search?

The Basic Search feature enables you to find listings using commonly used search criteria which is available in the homepage of website. These include:

  • Category → Select the relevant category to filter listings based on their type or classification.

  • Keywords → Enter specific words or phrases related to the listing to help narrow down your search results.

  • Location → Input the name of a town, city, or country to find listings in a specific geographic area.

  • Miles → Choose a distance range (in miles) to refine listings based on proximity to the location you entered.

 

What is Advanced Search?

The Advanced Search is an enhanced version of the Basic Search, accessible by clicking the "Advanced Search" button located just below the main search bar on the homepage. It offers additional filters to help you find more specific listings. These include:

  • Category → Select the appropriate category to filter listings by type or classification.

  • Keywords → Enter relevant words or phrases to narrow down listings based on specific content.

  • Location → Specify a town, city, or country to find listings in a particular area.

  • Miles → Set a distance range (in miles) to refine results based on proximity to your chosen location.

  • Features → Filter listings based on special features or services offered by the business.

  • Coupons → Search for listings that offer promotional coupons or discounts.
